I recently purchased a car from Georgetown VW and the experience was sensational, top to bottom. Scott was a great salesperson to deal with and a great representative of both VW and Georgetown VW. He knows the product inside and out. Dealing with Nicola in the financing department was a breeze. Again, she knows her business inside and out and was fully able to support me. Sara in service recognizes how important her customer's time is and understands how important it is to treat people the way you want to be treated. It results in a great professional relationship where you feel valued as a customer. Lastly, when I had a minor concern, it was handled so perfectly and professionally it left me breathless. I work in the customer service industry and I can recognize when a company really values your business. Georgetown VW excels at this better than any other car dealership I have done business with. I made one mistake in this whole car-buying process. Because Georgetown VW is not local to me I checked local dealerships for the car I wanted. I was very unhappy with the experiences at all my local dealers. If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to VW Georgetown first. I won't make the same mistake again. Thanks to Scott, Nicola, Sara, Jason, and of course Jouko for treating me like a valued customer. Georgetown VW will be my first stop next time I need a car.
